Excuses are rarely anything other than rationalizations we come up with for failing to achieve our potential; for choosing to quit, because it feels too hard or we are afraid we might fail and be embarrassed.
I assure you, success, in whatever form you define it is waiting for you.... Follow these simple principles and I guarantee, You Can Do It! Do what? Almost anything. This is not just about building a business, It is about creating a successful life and taking it in any direction you choose.

No matter where you are....
No matter what your past....
No matter what your education....
The fact is, most everyone has what it they need to succeed....
But it doesn't matter what we COULD DO.... if we Won't do it!
What most people fail to understand is that SUCCESS IS A CHOICE!
You can begin making the choices, right now, that will take you to the place that you want to be.
The below are not a platitudes nor wishful thinking, these are the facts....
You are not too old.
You are not too young.
You are not too uneducated.
And yes, you are smart enough!
Never be afraid of failure. . . We must be willing to embrace it!
Success and failure, unfortunately go hand in hand. Everyone who has ever succeeded has also failed.... usually many times! But when they failed, they pulled themselves up analyzed and learned from the failure then with that new knowledge tried again! Each FAILURE gave them additional information so a better chance of success on each subsequent attempt.... They failed until they achieved their goals.... and they are now remembered as Great Successes!
If we spend our lives trying to avoid failure rather than achieving success. We are doomed! Focus on what you have to do and where you want to go.... not the possibility failure. Don't wait until everything is just right.... Because It never will be.... The path to success is never paved with only green lights. If you are afraid or unwilling to put yourself in a position to fail.... you will never be in a position to succeed!
It has been said:
"You can often estimate the size of a man's success by looking at the size and number of his failures".
Think about it.... No one EVER hit a home run by NOT swinging the bat! No one ever threw a touchdown by punting! Many of us live lives of mediocrity, not because we don't have talent, not because we can't succeed, but because we are unwilling to risk failure!
As Steve Jobs once said:
.... you"ve gotta be willing to act...... And you"ve got to be willing to fail, you"ve got to be willing to crash and burn. If you are afraid of failing, you won't get very far".
Remember, he was actually fired from his own company! He then analyzed what happened.... and why. He then came roaring back, retook the reins of power and made Apple one of the most successful companies in history! What he learned from his colossal failure was key to his historic success!
How many touch downs have you not thrown because punting was easier?; or maybe taken the easy way out instead of a more difficult but rewarding path to glory? Many never hit that home run, not because they couldn't, but because they were afraid to swing the bat. Remember, it's never too late to swing again and hit that home run!
How the success formula always works.
We do....
we fail,
we learn,
we do again,
we succeed!
That's how it works.... Get Used to It!
Failure and success are flip sides of the same coin.... you have to be willing to flip that coin!
